Fall is by far my favorite season, but my favorite holiday is definitely Halloween! There are so many great opportunities for fun crafting! Although it’s a week early, I thought I’d share with you an inexpensive and super creative project to get you ready for October and a month long Halloween crafting binge with DIY Huntress! With so many different types of Trick-Or-Treat bags floating around in stores, why not make your own for less than $1 a bag!?
It’s an easy project for both adults and children!
1. Figure out a design you’d like for your trick-or-treat bag. If you’re having trouble visualizing it, draw it out on the bag with chalk or pencil first!
2. Paint on your design and let dry. Apply more coats to darker bags to make the color pop.
3. Go trick-or-treating!
You can use bags like these for other functions as well! Just mix colors and designs to match your occasion! Bags and crafts like this would be great for a child’s birthday party! Skip the party favors and let your guests bring home a bag of their own!
As always, if you have any questions feel free to leave a comment or contact me at DIYhuntress@gmail.com!
