Since moving into our studio, my other half and I have been on the hunt for an awesome art piece to hang above our couch. I partnered with my friends at HANDy Paint Products to create a really awesome and large piece of artwork for our pad for under $50 in supplies!
Lately I’ve been seeing the coolest geometric wood art all over the place. Frankly, I am all about it. I have been drooling over the countless art pieces I’ve seen come across my feed lately, and decided it was time to make my own. So, being that “Woodworking Wednesdays” (also known as, my day off which is spent in the shop) is a thing until the end of August, I took a few hours today to create my own geometric wood art table. It cost less than $40 to make… and it’s pretty awesome.
When I made over my dad’s home office & mudroom space I created a fun bucket-list geometric accent wall behind the mudroom storage bench. I thought that might scratch my accent wall dreams, but it just fueled my fire to want to create one in my own house someday… then we got a house! Now, finally, all of those years of sneakily checking out modern geometric accent walls on Pinterest have finally paid off, and I can’t wait to share my own version with you!
