After finally getting tired of using a piece of plywood with table legs, I took to the workshop and built myself a brand new desk! Best news about this desk? Well, thanks to my friends over at Kreg and BuildSomething, I was able to create my first set of OFFICIAL woodworking plans for the project to share with you all! Want to learn more about the build and make one yourself? I’ve got your back.
Welcome to The Home Depot’s DIY Workshop Virtual Party! Today is the day that I finally get to show you guys my spin on that super cool wooden door mat DIY that I spoke about in last week’s post! I chose to add a fun geometric spin to this DIY and turned my boards horizontal to maximize the look of my mat. This project was super fun, really easy, and extremely inexpensive. If you want to make your own this weekend, you can visit your local Home Depot for a FREE workshop! Hey, if you love my spin on the project, you can print out this post and bring it with you!
