Guys, I have great news! I am so excited to be partnering with Bernzomatic for a second year as one of their Torch Bearers! That means another year of fun projects with their line of torches! To help celebrate this partnership, Bernzomatic asked me to create a fun engraved cake stand!
If you’ve been following me for a while, then you’ll remember the days when I sold custom signs on Etsy and made a living off it while attending graduate school. I still to this day get so many questions about how I made my signs! Well, in all honesty, being a graduate student on a budget meant I couldn’t afford a stencil cutting machine. So, I had to get crafty! To help celebrate my one-year anniversary of my PhD, I partnered with my friends at Varathane to spill my secret as to how I made custom signs and stencils without a stencil cutter and how you can too!
Spring is here.. and usually that phrase is followed by, “it’s time to clean and organize my home”! But, since moving into a studio apartment, cleaning and organizing has a new meaning for me, since we are so short on space! I have no choice but to leverage the space I have! So, to help with creative organization, I partnered with my friends at Kreg and BuildSomething.com to create custom rolling bins to store my shoes… and you can to! Even better, if you’re looking to start a new hobby this Spring, this a great build for beginner woodworkers!
After months of not having a proper home for our favorite polaroid picture, I decided it was time to tap into my scrap pile and create something fun and functional. Luckily, my friends at T-Rex Tape made an awesome double sided tape that fit the bill. Hence, the easiest frae project in the whole wide world. Ready to make a frame in less than 30 minutes? Let’s do this.
