I partnered up with a group of amazingly talented makers this holiday season to makeover a nightstand for a Thrift Flip Collaboration to raise money for Habitat For Humanity this holiday season! I get asked about tips for restoring and making ver furniture all the time, and thought this would be a great opportunity to share my process! I also got my hands on some new tools to make projects like this more approachable, and cannot wait to share!
It’s been about six months since we moved into our new apartment, and we have yet to finish making the space feel like ours… particularly in the bathroom. Our bathroom is pretty nice the way it is, but it’s just not our style. So, I’m sharing a few easy DIY renter friendly bathroom updates that I made happen in this space that will still get us our deposit back when we leave!
Okay, I know what you’re thinking… “not another resin river table”! But, hear me out! This one is pretty epic… this one is different than my last river coffee table, because this one GLOWS IN THE DARK. Pretty cool, huh? I’ve been wanting to make a glow in the dark resin table ever since stumbling upon one on Pinterest and I am SO excited that I finally got to make it happen! Ready to see how?
Today I’m finally sharing the full DIY home office/guest room makeover I have been working on for my mom! As a physical therapist for children, it’s super important that she has a space to work in and store her equipment in. But, since my family is tight on space, I decided to combine the guest room and home office into one space, and she is so stoked about it (just wait until you see her reaction)! I am so grateful to my amazing friends at The Home Depot for helping me make this space come to life for my mom! I chose some seriously stunning home décor and furniture pieces from Home Decorators Collection on The Home Depot’s online shop, and couldn’t be more excited!
