When my friends at The Home Depot asked me to participate in their 2016 DIY Challenge, I was stoked! But, then they told me that my surprise material was millwork… what. Honestly, the only time I’ve ever used millwork from Home Depot was fixing the moulding in our home. So, needless to say, my feelings of excitement turned to feelings of pure fear. Luckily, I’m kind of crazy, and decided to go to my local store to stare at the millwork section for a bit. That’s when I came up with this X-Base Lamp!
