HAPPY NEW YEAR! Cue the champagne popping and eat the rest of the junk food in your house before officially dedicating this year to getting into shape! Every year I promise myself I’ll start working out, but it doesn’t always happen the way I planned. My cardio usually gets done while carrying wood panels to my car from the hardware store, and squats are only achieved when lifting heavy items off of the shop floor.
