DIY easy modern media cabinet

I’ve actually made this cabinet more than once because of it’s simplicity and it’s versatility. It can be made with just 1 sheet of plywood, yep, just 1! So materials are easy to source and you can have fun with the creativity of the design. Perfect for a quick win project over the holidays.
I also have a YouTube video all about it, you can watch it here!
5 Easy DIY Projects for Beginners

This blog post has 5 projects to choose from that you could easily tackle during the holidays. Starting with a limewash accent wall which is a fun way to spruce up a space! A pegboard wall organizer that can bring some style while fulfilling a function. You could make a hexagon serving tray, what I love about this one is if you make it early enough you could use it by New Years Eve! Depending on where you live a smokeless fire pit setup might not be feasible this time of year, but you could certainly save it for the Spring. Or if you’re feeling like some detail work you could refinish an old furniture piece and give it new life. Bonus points if you can recruit some relatives to help with the sanding…
How to Make a Murphy Table That’s Also Art

This project has multiple purposes. It’ll fuel your creativity, store items that need to be put away, and give you an extra table to pull down when you need it. It’s just perfect for small spaces and impromptu entertaining. I also created plans for this build, you can find them here.
Easy DIY Woven Headboard

This woven headboard is another project that could be fun to do before your guests arrive! It’ll elevate the look of a bedroom and it’s very satisfying to put together.
Take a look at this short video I made about how I did it!
