DIY Canvas Rug
DIY Canvas Rug
So like I said, all-in-all this rug cost me $10 to make. Now I just have to figure out a place to put it…
What You’ll Need:
Canvas Drop Cloth (Purchased for $10 at Home Depot)
Paint
Stencil
Paintbrush
The Steps:
1. Iron out your drop cloth to get as many of the wrinkles out as possible.
2. Use your stencil to paint on your design (make sure you dab the paint, not brush it).
3. Let it dry!
Fun Tips:
Canvas drop cloths come in every size and shape, so find the one that fits your room the best. These drop cloths can be used outdoors or indoors! Heck, I might make one for every room!

10 years agoOh, woooooow! You made a rug, painting and all???? You are so talented! I am looking for a rug to my living room and they are $120, so now I have an idea what to do! Thanks for that! Even if I don't make it, you gave me an idea to another thing… I tell about it later! Sorry I didn't comment before, I was very jet lagged last week, but now things are normal again!
